Southwestern Casserole


On these cold days in Japan, it has been nice to have a taste of home with this casserole.

To make my Southwestern casserole layer tortilla, black beans, cheese, salsa, and sour cream in a casserole dish until the dish is full. Top of with more cheese and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

    1. Yes I did. I have the pyrex snap ware containers which I use for everything- baking, serving, and storing in the fridge or freezer. I love them!
